Cooking Gratin!

Hello! This weeks highlight for me was the gratin. Gratin was something fairly new to me since my move to Japan. Our students did a wonderful job following directions and working together. Of course, we had fun cooking and speaking in English but the most rewarding part is when we get to eat our own creation! I’m always surprised to taste such great food made by our students. Maybe they might be chefs someday?
